Ella Blakeley -- November 11, 2017 @ Har Shalom

Hi, my name is Ella Blakeley. I am a 7th grader at Webber Middle school and I'm really excited about my upcoming Bat Mitzvah, this Saturday, November 11th. I've been working really hard to get ready for my Bat Mitzvah. I hope that you can join me for my big day. For my mitzvah project, I am raising awareness about a wonderful nonprofit called Respite Care. Respite Care is a facility for people with developmental challenges to go spend time with professionals to learn life skills and spend time with caring staff members playing and having fun. It also allows their parents to have time to rest and have a break from the challenges that come along with taking care of a handicapped family member.

In my free time, I love to dance. I take lyrical and hip hop classes and love to choreograph dances with friends. I hope to see you on Saturday as we celebrate my big day!

Nick Bell (5/20/17)

Hello all,
My name is Nick Bell and I hope you will be able join me at my Bar Mitzvah May 20th at 10 AM. I play soccer on Arsenal Gold and have been a finalist in several speech and debate tournaments throughout the district. I enjoy nature and the outdoors with friends which is why I got a group of friends together and went to help maintain and clean the Homestead Natural Area for my Mitzvah Project. Apart from the outdoors, I enjoy soccer and being with those I love! Hope to see you on the 20th!

Dani Trevino (5/24/17)
Hi! I'm Dani Trevino, and as many of you may know, my Bat Mitzvah is coming up on May 27th. I am so excited to share my knowledge and everything I have learned throughout the process. I'm a 7th grader at Webber Middle school, I play competitive soccer, am on Webber's track and debate teams, I love skiing and I enjoy the outdoors - especially running rivers. I also have a great passion for the ocean and knowing that plastic is destroying our oceans and rivers, I wanted to do something about it. That's where my Mitzvah project ties in. Anyway that's enough for now, I hope to see you Saturday, May 27th at the Senior Center.
