Planning an event at Har Shalom

If you've ever felt lost trying to gather information on event planning at Har Shalom, you're not alone! To make planning easier, we've taken the various forms and documents for event planning and added them (with hints and timelines) to a single page on the website - Events at Har Shalom.

We've also shortened the Event Form to information needed to 'Save the Date' and get your event on the calendar. No more never-ending form!

Other changes to note:

  • If your event has an paid RSVP or expenses are involved, you will need to send this information to the Office prior to your event being opened for registration
  • There is now a short Facilities Form, that needs to be completed at least 3 weeks prior to your event in order to make arrangements for security, set up, etc. If we don't receive this form, we'll assume that you don't need security access, security guards, or assistance of any kind for your event.
  • The Meeting Notice is available and can be used to schedule Committee or Staff meetings.
